How can I pay for an item?
You can pay for your item by debit or credit card online by adding one or more items to your cart and following the checkout process. Alternatively you can call Customer Service and someone will take your payment over the phone.

How do I use my promotional discount code?
If you have a promotional discount code please enter it in the "Discount code” box in the final stage of the checkout process.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order up until the point of dispatch; after your items have been dispatched it will be treated as a refund. To cancel your order please email quoting your order number and reason for cancelling.

My order hasn’t arrived where is it?
We aim to have your order with you within five working days of you placing your order, however sometimes, due to issues outside of our control; it can take a little longer. If there is a problem with your order one of our Customer Service team will let you know the issue and when your items will be with you. Only part of my order has arrived, where is the rest?
If your order contains a number of products it is likely that they will have been shipped from multiple locations. If you have only received part of your order it is likely that the rest is already on its way to you. If you haven’t received the rest of your order in the next few days email or call.

Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item please email quoting your order number, the item and reason for exchange and one of our team will get back to you.

There’s something wrong with my order, can I get a refund?
If you wish to return an item please email quoting your order number, the item and reason for return and one of our team will get back to you. Consumable items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Delivery and Returns Policy for more information.

How much is delivery? ships products from various locations depending on where the products you ordered are located, which means that delivery is charged on an individual basis when you go through the checkout process. Alternatively you can call us and speak to an advisor.

Are prices including VAT?
All of our prices are including VAT where applicable however some of our items, such as tea and coffee are VAT exempt. With CuppaCo the price you see is the price you pay. As you proceed through the checkout VAT will be split out for those who need to know how much it is.
